Privacy Policy
TravelSafePilot is built with a privacy-first architecture. This policy explains how we access, use, and protect user data, including data obtained through Google Sign-In.
When you use Google Sign-In, we access basic identity information provided by Google, specifically your Google account email address and a unique Google user identifier (sub). No additional Google data (such as contacts, files, or messages) is accessed.
Google user data is used solely for authentication and account creation. Your email address is used to identify your account and enable login functionality. The Google user identifier is used to ensure a consistent and secure mapping to a single TravelSafePilot user account.
TravelSafePilot does not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties. Google user data is used strictly within the platform for authentication purposes and is not exposed to other users, customers, or external systems.
User identity data is stored securely within TravelSafePilot systems. Access is restricted and protected using industry-standard controls, including secure session handling, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and controlled backend access. Authentication tokens are not exposed to the client beyond secure session use.
Google user data (email and identifier) is retained only as long as your account remains active. This data is required to maintain account integrity and login functionality.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon verified request, your account and associated identity data will be permanently deleted, except where retention is required for legal or billing obligations.
TravelSafePilot is designed to operate without tracking individual users. Crowd intelligence, location signals, and incident data are processed in an anonymized and aggregated form. The system is explicitly designed to avoid identifying individuals.
For privacy-related questions or data requests, contact us directly and we will respond promptly.
